Era Glaciale is a unique space that integrates a modern Italian ice cream shop in a traditional Chinese building, being as respectful as possible towards the architectural heritage while creating a powerful and contemporary image.
Customer’s space and kitchen are divided by a special piece of furniture using a variable and specific section for each feature along its length.
The facade is composed by sharp black metal mullions and glass pane windows. Clear and straight lines organize the space and give it a dimensional orientation. As for the old red columns, they impose themselves, breaking into the prevailing calm and giving an interesting contrast to the room.
