The following urban planning proposal consisting in 4 new development areas along Amstetten aims to go further and become an opportunity to rethink the city structure and its regional role in the future. Quartier A masterplan will implement in Amstetten new types of housing and offices responding to current social structures with a wide range of services for citizens, all surrounded by public spaces focused on pedestrian activity and connected to the region by an efficient intermodal mobility.
