The project aims to increase the built density of existing residential complex, composed by 36 dwellings organised in two identical buildings located in Zahara de los Atunes seafront. The new buildings extension will create a new upper floor and rooftop for all units, increasing their surface area by 30% and openning panoramic views to the Atlantic sea and surrounding mountains.
